Trail Street

Legendary lawman Bat Masterson (Randolph Scott) is called to rural Kansas to defend farmers from ruthless cattlemen. Joining Masterson in his efforts to clean up a lawless town are a couple of locals: Masterson's old chum Billy Burn and landowner Allen Harper (Robert Ryan). But ranch owner Logan Maury proves to be a more than formidable opponent. He'll stop at nothing, including murder, to turn the farmers' fields into grazing grounds for his cattle.

Westbound

A former Union officer, John Hayes (Randolph Scott) now manages a stagecoach company. However, Clay Putnam (Andrew Duggan), a businessman still loyal to the South, is intent on robbing the coaches operated by Hayes, which transport gold to the North from California. Hoping to heist the treasure as a way to revive the Confederacy, Putnam also has a grudge against Hayes, since his wife, Norma (Virginia Mayo), was once involved with the handsome Union soldier.

I'll Be Seeing You

In this romantic drama, Zachary Morgan (Joseph Cotten) and Mary Marshall (Ginger Rogers) meet on a train and immediately sense a mutual attraction. However, both Zach and Mary are shouldering significant secrets: he is a traumatized war vet on leave from a military hospital, and she is a convict who has been temporarily released from prison for the Christmas holiday. As the attractive young couple spends time together, their secrets threaten their budding relationship.

Boys Town

The devout but iron-willed Father Flanagan (Spencer Tracy) leads a community called Boys Town, a different sort of juvenile detention facility where, instead of being treated as underage criminals, the boys are shepherded into making themselves better people. But hard-nosed petty thief and pool shark Whitey Marsh (Mickey Rooney), the impulsive and violent younger brother of an imprisoned murderer, might be too much for the good father's tough-love system.

Eight-year-old Flavia Mills (Margaret O'Brien) lives in a tenement building in New York City with her family. Her aunt, Susan (Angela Lansbury), awaits the return of her fiancé, Steve (George Murphy), who has been in prison. Upon Steve's return, Flavia tries to help him regain her aunt's love and find his place in society. But, when Flavia learns the truth about Steve's criminal past, her faith in humanity is brought into question, and she must try to face adversity with her usual optimism.
