Rio Grande

The conniving Ed Barker (Dick Curtis) murders a rancher and tries to steal the ranch from his widow, Jean Andrews (Ann Doran). However, their old friend Cliff Houston (Charles Starrett) appears on the scene to try and save the day. He makes a deal with Barker and his crew to drive the Andrews herd to market and split the money, but each man really plans to con the other as soon as the time is right. Along for the ride is singing cowboy Bob Stevens (Bob Nolan).

Face of a Fugitive

While being escorted to jail, bank robber Jim Larson (Fred MacMurray) manages to get the upper hand on his captor and escape. Jim is surprised to see his brother appear on the scene, ready to aid his sibling. As they make their getaway, his brother and the pursuing lawman shoot each other, leaving the stunned Jim alone and on the run. Assuming a different identity, Jim travels to a mining town and befriends the local sheriff (Lin McCarthy), hoping to start over and find redemption.

Dodge City

In 1872, Dodge City, Kansas is the epicenter of cattle drives and lawlessness. Run by Jeff Surrett (Bruce Cabot), Dodge City isn't safe for anyone or anything. When Wade Hatton (Errol Flynn) arrives for a cattle drive, he's moved by the violent death of a young boy to take up the post of sheriff and take back the town from Surrett and his cohorts. But first he must contend with the rowdy townsfolk who, having been so long without law, desire to take the law into their own hands.

Jet Pilot

During the Cold War, a Russian jet enters airspace over Alaska and is escorted to an American air base. The pilot, Anna Marladovna (Janet Leigh) demands asylum but refuses to provide information on Soviet activities. Col. Jim Shannon (John Wayne) receives orders to befriend Anna in order to win her confidence and gather information. The pilots compete with each other but gradually fall in love. When it appears Anna may be deported, Jim marries her -- only to discover that she may be a spy.

The Barefoot Contessa

Washed-up film director Harry Dawes (Humphrey Bogart) gets a second chance at stardom when he discovers stunning peasant Maria Vargas (Ava Gardner) dancing in a nightclub in Madrid, Spain. Goaded by his producer, strong-arming Wall Street financier Kirk Edwards (Warren Stevens), Harry convinces her to screen test for, and then star in, his next big picture. But as Edwards' possessive nature and the realities of stardom weigh on Maria, she seeks a genuine lover with whom she can escape.

The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance

Questions arise when Senator Stoddard (James Stewart) attends the funeral of a local man named Tom Doniphon (John Wayne) in a small Western town. Flashing back, we learn Doniphon saved Stoddard, then a lawyer, when he was roughed up by a crew of outlaws terrorizing the town, led by Liberty Valance (Lee Marvin). As the territory's safety hung in the balance, Doniphon and Stoddard, two of the only people standing up to him, proved to be very important, but different, foes to Valance.

Snake River Desperadoes

The Durango Kid (Charles Starrett) squares off against men who are trying to ignite a war between whites and American Indians.
