Fitzwilly
In this clever 1960s comedy, tireless and loyal butler Fitzwilly (Dick Van Dyke) hides from his eccentric spinster boss, Victoria Woodhouse (Edith Evans), the fact that she has been bankrupt since her father died. Through wily schemes with his fellow servants, he creates one racket, swindle or con after another to maintain the household and fund his employer's frivolous philanthropy. When new secretary Juliet (Barbara Feldon) is hired on, Fitzwilly's life gets even more complicated.
Christmas Eve
Matilda Reid (Ann Harding) is in danger of being declared senile at the urging of her nephew, Phillip (Reginald Denny). To keep him from controlling her estate, Matilda must find her three adopted sons, who left home long ago. One of them, Michael (George Brent), lives in New York, where he's incurred a $75,000 debt. Another, fugitive Mario (George Raft), is hiding in South America. The last, Jonathan (Randolph Scott), is a small-time cowboy. All three must come home to save Matilda's fortune.
Across the Wide Missouri
Tough trapper Flint Mitchell (Clark Gable) is a tenacious survivor in the unforgiving wilderness of the West. Determined to stay on the good side of the local Blackfoot tribe, Flint is intent on marrying Kamiah (Maria Elena Marques), the beautiful daughter of Ironshirt (Ricardo Montalban) -- especially since this union would allow him to freely pursue his trade in the region. Struggling to win the approval of the protective Ironshirt, Flint finds himself truly falling for Kamiah.
Gun Glory
Life is anything but sweet when roaming gunfighter Tom Early (Stewart Granger) returns home. His wife has died, and his son (Steve Rowland) now barely speaks to him. Things aren't much different in town, where Early tangles with the posse of a cattle baron (James Gregory) who vows to run a herd of 20,000 roughshod through the settlers' land. Early must somewhat reluctantly play the role of defender, especially after a foolhardy plan by the local preacher (Chill Wills) goes awry.
Little Women
The March sisters -- Meg (Janet Leigh), Jo (June Allyson), Beth (Margaret O'Brien) and Amy (Elizabeth Taylor) -- struggle to make ends meet in their New England household while their father is away fighting in the Civil War. Despite harsh times, they cling to optimism, often with neighbor Laurie (Peter Lawford) as a companion. As they mature, they face burgeoning ambitions and relationships, as well as tragedy, all the while maintaining their unbreakable bond.
Holiday Affair
Charming seasonal clerk Steve Mason (Robert Mitchum) catches beautiful Connie Ennis (Janet Leigh) in a fraudulent shopping scheme during the busy Christmas rush. But when he discovers that Ennis is a war widow and single mother, Mason takes pity on her and can't bring himself to turn her in. His supervisor takes notice and fires him on the spot. Mason befriends Connie and her young son, Timmy (Gordon Gebert), and may complicate her plans to marry boring nice guy Carl Davis (Wendell Corey).
Henry V
Olivier's masterful, sweeping rendition of Shakespeare, filmed in rich color and ingeniously including a typical performance at the Globe Theatre as it might have been seen 400 years ago. The film earned Olivier a special Oscar for outstanding achievement as actor, producer and director.
Devil's Den
The Cisco Kid (Duncan Renaldo) and Pancho (Leo Carrillo) flush out a crooked lawyer and his girlfriend (Ann Savage).
