The Valley of Decision
An Irish maid, Mary Rafferty (Greer Garson), falls for Paul (Gregory Peck), who is the son of her rich boss, William Scott (Donald Crisp). To further complicate matters, Mary's father, Pat (Lionel Barrymore), lost both of his legs in an accident at the steel mill owned by Paul's father. Neither William nor Pat approves of the couple's romance, and the burgeoning relationship only becomes a bigger battleground when a strike erupts at the steel mill.
Rio Grande
The conniving Ed Barker (Dick Curtis) murders a rancher and tries to steal the ranch from his widow, Jean Andrews (Ann Doran). However, their old friend Cliff Houston (Charles Starrett) appears on the scene to try and save the day. He makes a deal with Barker and his crew to drive the Andrews herd to market and split the money, but each man really plans to con the other as soon as the time is right. Along for the ride is singing cowboy Bob Stevens (Bob Nolan).

When his town-drunk father is killed by the Sully brothers, gunfighter Blaine Madden exacts his revenge but flees when the sheriff tries to arrest him.
Face of a Fugitive
While being escorted to jail, bank robber Jim Larson (Fred MacMurray) manages to get the upper hand on his captor and escape. Jim is surprised to see his brother appear on the scene, ready to aid his sibling. As they make their getaway, his brother and the pursuing lawman shoot each other, leaving the stunned Jim alone and on the run. Assuming a different identity, Jim travels to a mining town and befriends the local sheriff (Lin McCarthy), hoping to start over and find redemption.
