Wizards

After the death of his mother, the evil mutant wizard Blackwolf (Steve Gravers) discovers some long-lost military technologies. Full of ego and ambition, Blackwolf claims his mother's throne, assembles an army and sets out to brainwash and conquer Earth. Meanwhile, Blackwolf's gentle twin brother, the bearded and sage Avatar (Bob Holt), calls upon his own magical abilities to foil Blackwolf's plans for world domination -- even if it means destroying his own flesh and blood.

Berlin Correspondent

In 1941 Berlin, the Gestapo's efforts to uncover the source of vital information broadcast by American correspondent Bill Roberts remain elusive. The Gestapo colonel in charge of the investigation presses his fiancée, Karen Hauen, to help and, with reluctance, she agrees. After befriending Bill, Karen discovers how he receives the information, but when she also learns who provides it, she is exposed for the first time to the brutal tactics of her government.

The Black Rose

Following the 13th-century death of his nobleman father, Walter of Gurnie (Tyrone Power) and his confidant, Tristram (Jack Hawkins), join a caravan led by the North African Bayan (Orson Welles) en route to China. Along the way, the beautiful Maryam (Cecile Aubry), known as the Black Rose, begs Walter to take her to England with him. When the warlord Bayan reveals his intention to invade and subjugate China's advanced society, the trio attempt their escape back to England.

The Song of Bernadette

Based on the popular novel by Franz Werfel, this drama focuses on Bernadette Soubirous (Jennifer Jones), a young French woman who experiences vivid visions of the Virgin Mary. While many dismiss her claims, certain people, including the priest Dominique Peyramale (Charles Bickford), slowly begin to believe her. Eventually, Bernadette is deemed a saint, and becomes a nun at a convent, where she must deal with jealousy from others who resent her revered status.

Ken McLaughlin (Roddy McDowall) is a precocious 10-year-old who lives with his family on a remote Wyoming ranch. When Ken returns home from school with failing grades, his father, Rob (Preston Foster), blames the boy's lack of personal responsibility. At the suggestion of his wife, Nell (Rita Johnson), Rob allows Ken to choose a single colt from the herd to raise as his own. Much to his father's dismay, Ken chooses a fiery mustang filly -- but the two soon become fast friends.
