Pearl Harbor
This sweeping drama, based on real historical events, follows American boyhood friends Rafe McCawley (Ben Affleck) and Danny Walker (Josh Hartnett) as they enter World War II as pilots. Rafe is so eager to take part in the war that he departs to fight in Europe alongside England's Royal Air Force. On the home front, his girlfriend, Evelyn (Kate Beckinsale), finds comfort in the arms of Danny. The three of them reunite in Hawaii just before the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
The Aftermath
In 1946 Rachael Morgan arrives in the ruins of Hamburg to be reunited with her husband, Lewis, who is a British colonel charged with rebuilding the shattered city. As they set off for their new home, Rachael is stunned to discover that Lewis has made an unexpected decision: They will be sharing the grand house with its previous owners, a German widower and his troubled daughter. After doing time in prison, Eddie Ellison (James Dunn) decides to turn his life around and marries Kay (Claire Trevor). Years later, they are parents to a young daughter named Shirley (Shirley Temple). When Eddie's friend Larry (Ray Walker) is released from prison, Eddie gets him a job as a chauffeur. Soon, however, there is a theft where they work. Welch (Alan Dinehart), a private investigator with a grudge against the two men, believes they are guilty and aims to prove it.

After his 65th birthday, Acme Printing plant worker John R. Hodges (Monty Woolley) becomes a victim of his employer's mandatory retirement policy. In a scheme to get his job back and the policy repealed, Hodges impersonates parent-company owner Harold P. Cleveland and arranges an impromptu visit to the plant that he hopes will leave the executives' heads spinning. But when his granddaughter's boyfriend, Joe Elliott, discovers his plot, it could ruin everything.
We're Not Married
Five married couples discover, to their shock, that they're not really married! The justice of the peace who presided over their nuptials didn't have a valid license. When they learn the news five years later, each couple must decide if they will remarry. Radio hosts Steve (Fred Allen) and Ramona (Ginger Rogers) couldn't harbor more animosity toward each other; but does that mean they should go their separate ways? Annabel, recently crowned Mrs. Mississippi, has more of a semantic problem.
A Woman's World
In order to select the new general manager of his auto company, Ernest Gifford (Clifton Webb) summons three strong candidates to New York, along with their wives. While Sidney (Fred MacMurray) and Elizabeth Burns (Lauren Bacall) have a strained relationship, Bill Baxter (Cornel Wilde) and his wife, Katie (June Allyson), are earnest and down-to-earth. Rounding out the competitors is the poised Jerry Talbot (Van Heflin), whose uncouth spouse, Carol (Arlene Dahl), threatens to derail his chances.
