Rex (Rex Allen) and Slim (Slim Pickens) journey to Colorado, where Slim is expecting to claim the estate of the departed Zeke Reynolds. The Hurleys, who assumed they were the sole heirs, plan to use the estate's forests for a timber business. They will stop at nothing, including murder, to make the land theirs, but Rex and Slim are willing to fight for justice.
