At one time not so long ago, Milt Brower (William Farnum) and Pa Jackson (Stanley Andrews) were peaceable partners in a thriving cattle business. Experienced foreman Gene Autry (Gene Autry) tries to warn her against this hasty conversion, but Sandra stubbornly ignores his advice. Before long, her business is failing, and she may be forced to sell to the shifty Briggs (Al Bridge). However, Gene has a plan that he hopes can set things right just in time.
