Mystery Street
When bargirl Vivian (Jan Sterling) discovers that her married boyfriend has refused to leave his wife, she steals a car and drives to Cape Cod to confront him. Several months later her skeleton washes ashore, and local police officer Peter Morales (Ricardo Montalban) must work with Harvard forensics expert Dr. McAdoo (Bruce Bennett) in order to piece together the twisted tale and discover who the murderer is before an innocent suspect pays the ultimate price.
Trapped
When the Feds spot high-grade counterfeit cash, they seek the help of convict Tris Stewart (Lloyd Bridges) in tracking down the manufacturers. Stewart's hands-on experience in counterfeiting makes him a vital asset, but turning him into an informant won't be easy. As soon as Stewart is let loose to investigate, he makes a run for it, reuniting with his criminal cohorts and girlfriend Meg (Barbara Payton). Little does he know that the law is watching him every step of the way.
Quicksand
Dan (Mickey Rooney) is a nice guy who needs $20 for a hot date with waitress Vera (Jeanne Cagney). He sneaks the sum from his boss, fully intending to pay it back later by collecting from a buddy who owes him. The friend never makes good on the money, so Dan pulls a small con for the cash. However, this petty crime lands Dan in hot water, and he finds himself committing a more serious transgression to buy his way out of trouble. But this is just the start of a very unlucky pattern.
100 Rifles
When half-breed Indian Yaqui Joe (Burt Reynolds) robs an Arizona bank, he is pursued by dogged lawman Lyedecker (Jim Brown). Fleeing to Mexico, Joe is imprisoned by General Verdugo (Fernando Lamas), who is waging a war against the Yaqui Indians. When Lyedecker attempts to intervene, he is thrown into prison as well. Working together, the two escape and take refuge in the hills, where Lyedecker meets beautiful Yaqui freedom fighter Sarita (Raquel Welch) and begins to question his allegiances.
Demetrius and the Gladiators
In this sequel to The Robe, the corrupt emperor Caligula (Jay Robinson) believes that the sacred robe of Christ has magical powers, and will stop at nothing to obtain it. When Demetrius (Victor Mature) refuses to help Caligula find the holy object, Caligula has him arrested and forces him to fight in the arena in battles to the death. As Demetrius faces trial after trial, his faith in Christ is pushed to its limits, as he sees no point in the endless suffering he is forced to endure.
The Bible
John Huston directs this survey course of the Old Testament, which, the title notwithstanding, covers only the first 22 chapters of Genesis. Adam (Michael Parks) and Eve (Ulla Bergryd) frolic in the Garden of Eden until their indulgence in the forbidden fruit sees them driven out. Cain (Richard Harris) murders his brother Abel (Franco Nero), Noah (John Huston) builds an ark to preserve the animals of the world from the coming flood and Abraham (George C. Scott) makes a covenant with God.

Panic in Needle Park
Bobby (Al Pacino) is a heroin addict who lives in Needle Park, the nickname for an area on the Upper West Side of Manhattan where junkies congregate. He meets Helen (Kitty Winn), a lonely homeless girl, and they fall in love. However, Bobby also introduces Helen to heroin, and she eventually becomes addicted, too. As Bobby and Helen become more and more dependent on each other and on heroin, their need for money to feed their habit grows, resulting in crime, desperation and betrayal.
The Rose
Rose (Bette Midler) is a passionate 1960s rock star who pours herself into every performance despite her demanding manager, Rudge (Alan Bates), who encourages her to tour excessively. While singing is her greatest love, the rock 'n' roll lifestyle takes its toll as Rose succumbs to drug and alcohol abuse. Only Rose's kind-hearted boyfriend, Dyer (Frederic Forrest), tries to save her from falling victim to her own success in this drama loosely based on the life of Janis Joplin.
A Star Is Born
When a young actress (Janet Gaynor) arrives in Hollywood with hopes of stardom, a chance encounter places her under the wing of older actor Norman Maine (Fredric March). Adopting the stage name Vicki Lester, she co-stars with Norman in a major motion picture, but his success is clearly fading even as her career begins. After the couple wed, Vicki's fame continues to grow, but Norman descends into alcoholism, and she must decide between pursuing her dream and caring for him.

A U.S. Border Patrol officer (Charles Bronson) poses as an illegal alien to catch a killer (Ed Harris) smuggling laborers from Mexico.
Happy Land
When his son dies in battle during World War II, Lew Marsh (Don Ameche) is convinced that his boy died too soon and was never able to really appreciate life. Bitter and depressed, Lew nearly gives up on ever being happy again, until he gets a visit from the ghost of his grandfather (Harry Carey). Together with the ghost, Lew travels back through his son's life and sees that he did live a full and happy life, after all, and that his death in combat was not really a waste.
Detour
In New York, piano player Al Roberts (Tom Neal) laments when his singer girlfriend, Sue Harvey (Claudia Drake), leaves for Hollywood, Calif. When Al gets some money, he decides to hitchhike to California to join Sue. In Arizona, Al accepts a ride with Charles Haskell (Edmund MacDonald), but during a storm in a freak accident, Haskell is killed. Frightened, Al assumes Haskell's identity and car, but soon comes upon the mysterious Vera (Ann Savage), who seems to know all about his true identity.
Cowboy
A successful rancher, Tom Reece (Glenn Ford), forges a business venture with a Mexican landowner (Donald Randolph) but finds himself in a bind after squandering a lot of money at a hotel run by Frank Harris (Jack Lemmon). Frank has strong feelings for the Mexican's daughter (Anna Kashfi), and when he learns that Tom is in a tough spot, he exploits the situation to get closer to his potential paramour. Frank takes to horseback alongside Tom, and both are surprised by the results.
Glengarry Glen Ross
When an office full of New York City real estate salesmen is given the news that all but the top two will be fired at the end of the week, the atmosphere begins to heat up. Shelley Levene (Jack Lemmon), who has a sick daughter, does everything in his power to get better leads from his boss, John Williamson (Kevin Spacey), but to no avail. When his coworker Dave Moss (Ed Harris) comes up with a plan to steal the leads, things get complicated for the tough-talking salesmen.
