Legionnaire
When ambitious boxer Alain LeFevre refuses to accept a mobster's bribe, he ends up with a price on his head. A marked man, LeFevre takes refuge by enlisting in the French Foreign Legion. After traveling to a remote Moroccan outpost, LeFevre and his regiment suffer repeated attacks at the hands of the Berber rebel army. Husband Georg (Ulrich Mühe) comes to her rescue, but Paul and Peter take the family hostage and subject them to nightmarish abuse and humiliation. From time to time, Paul talks to the film's audience, making it complicit in the horror.
Sliding Doors
When Helen, a London ad executive, is fired from her job and rushes out to catch a train, two scenarios take place. In one, she gets on the train and comes home to find her boyfriend, Gerry, in bed with another woman. In the second, she misses the train and arrives after the woman has left. Following the first scenario, Helen dumps Gerry, finds a new man and gradually improves her life. Under the second scenario, she becomes suspicious of Gerry's fidelity and grows miserable.

New father Frank (Emilio Estevez) departs for a night out, joining friends Mike (Cuba Gooding Jr.) and Ray (Jeremy Piven) as they head to a boxing match. At the last minute, they are joined by John (Stephen Dorff), Frank's brother. Stuck in gridlock traffic, the guys take a shortcut that gets them lost. In a very dangerous neighborhood, they witness a murder by a gang leader called Fallon (Denis Leary). They flee, but Fallon now wants them hunted down and eliminated.

The Exorcist III
Police Lt. Kinderman (George C. Scott) notices similarities between his current murder investigation and the methods used by the Gemini killer (Brad Dourif) who was executed 15 years before. He soon discovers a hospitalized mental patient (Jason Miller) claiming to be the dead serial killer, but who looks uncannily like a priest Kinderman knew who died during an exorcism. As more bodies are found, Kinderman looks for connections between the two supposedly dead men.
