Ride Along
For two years, security guard Ben has tried to convince James, a veteran cop, that he is worthy of James' sister, Angela. When Ben is finally accepted into the police academy, James decides to test his mettle by inviting him along on a shift deliberately designed to scare the trainee. However, events take an unexpected turn when their wild night leads to Atlanta's most-notorious criminal and Ben's rapid-fire mouth proves as dangerous as the bullets whizzing by them.

It's now up to James and Ben to prove that charismatic executive Antonio Pope is actually a violent crime lord who rules southern Florida's drug trade.

Texas Ranger Roland Sharp (Tommy Lee Jones) follows a strict code of behavior and has no patience for those who don't follow suit. When five cheerleaders -- Anne (Christina Milian), Teresa (Paula Garcés), Evie (Monica Keena), Heather (Vanessa Ferlito) and Barb (Kelli Garner) -- witness a murder, Sharp is assigned to keep them from meeting the same fate. But his assignment requires him to go undercover as their coach and live in their house, and so, some ground rules are in order.
The Change-Up
Once inseparable pals, Dave (Jason Bateman) and Mitch (Ryan Reynolds) have drifted apart over the years. Dave is an overworked lawyer and family man, while Mitch has thus far avoided most of the normal responsibilities of adulthood. Each is envious of the other's life, and following a drunken binge, the men awake to find they have somehow switched bodies. Dave and Mitch soon discover that things are not as rosy as they seemed and try to find a way to return their lives to normal.

Filmmaker Nicky (Jesse Bradford) offers to track down the son that Mamie (Lisa Kudrow) gave up for adoption nearly two decades before. Meanwhile, Mamie's stepbrother (and the father of her child), Charley (Steve Coogan), along with his boyfriend, Gil, try to find out what became of the sperm Gil donated to a lesbian couple. Finally, singer Jude (Maggie Gyllenhaal) becomes entangled in a love triangle with androgynous drummer Otis (Jason Ritter) and his conservative father (Tom Arnold).

The Toro cheerleading squad from Rancho Carne High School in San Diego has got spirit, spunk, sass and a killer routine that's sure to land them the national championship trophy for the sixth year in a row. But for newly-elected team captain Torrance, the Toros' road to total cheer glory takes a shady turn when she discovers that their perfectly-choreographed routines were in fact stolen from the Clovers, a hip-hop squad from East Compton, by the Toros' former captain.

College freshman Whittier (Anne Judson-Yager) and her friend Monica (Faune A. Chambers) make the Cal State cheerleading squad, but can't stand its snobbish leader, Tina (Bree Turner). They resolve to form their own team, pulling together a collection of geeky art students and hippie bleeding hearts whose extracurricular programs were cut for budgetary reasons. Through teamwork, they challenge the official squad's right to represent the school at the upcoming cheerleading championship.

When her father gets laid off, prom queen shoo-in Britney Allen (Hayden Panettiere) has to drop out and transfer to her ritzy high school's underfunded crosstown rival. At her new school, Britney is recruited for the cheerleading squad by its tough captain, Camille (Solange Knowles). As Britney struggles to win the respect of her new peers, they prepare to face off against the squad at her old school for a chance to dance back-up for Rihanna (Rihanna) in her next music video.
Get Hard
When a rich hedge-fund manager, James, is convicted of fraud and sentenced to a stretch in San Quentin, the judge gives him one month to get his affairs in order. Knowing that he won't survive more than a few minutes in prison on his own, James turns to Darnell, a Black businessman who's never even had a parking ticket, for help. As Darnell puts James through the wringer, both learn that they were wrong about many things, including each other.
The Cooler
Truly down on his luck, lonely single guy Bernie Lootz (William H. Macy) works at a Las Vegas casino, where he uses his innate ability to bring about misfortune in those around him to jinx gamblers into losing. His imposing boss, Shelly Kaplow (Alec Baldwin), is happy with the arrangement. But Bernie finds unexpected happiness when he begins dating attractive waitress Natalie Belisario (Maria Bello) -- and when his contentment starts to affect his job, Shelly seeks to end the relationship.
