A widowed man arranges wealthy marriages for his two daughters, Sharda and Nima. Nima's husband passes away suddenly in an accident, and when Sharda sees her sister in the garb of a widow, she loses her mental stability and is placed in a mental institution. Approximately 14 years later, another patient there strikes her on the head, and Sharda loses the memories of her years in the mental hospital. Then she returns to her former life.
