NCAAM College Basketball, also known as NCAA Basketball, is the highest level of basketball competition in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in the United States. College Basketball teams are made up of student-athletes attending institutions of higher education in the United States. It is one of the most popular sports in the country, with some of the most renowned NCAA Basketball teams including Duke, UNC, Kansas, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Arizona, Syracuse, and Louisville. College Basketball is noted for its competitive intensity and passion that the student-athletes exhibit. Each NCAA Basketball season consists of a regular season with each team playing approximately 3-4 conferences games and 20-25 games outside of the conference. The season is then capped off with the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament, commonly referred to as the “Big Dance” or the “March Madness”, where 68 teams compete in single-elimination bracket to determine the Division I National Champion. This tournament remains one of the most popular sporting events in the United States and is often the most “bet on” event of the year in the US. NCAA Basketball has a long and rich history dating back to its first recorded game in 1892 and only getting more popular as the years went on. Some of the big names that have graced the NCAA Basketball courts over the years include: Lew Alcindor (renamed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar once converted to Islam), Bill Walton, Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, Tim Duncan, Magic Johnson, and LeBron James; to name a few. Overall, college basketball continues to remain one of the most popular sports in the US, with intense rivalries and passion for the sport fueling the culture of the competition. NCAA Basketball season excites fans and players alike every year, as they hope for a sweet victory in the tournament and the chance to take home a National Championship.

Montana at OregonNCAAMThe Grizzlies take a trip out west to play the Ducks. Oregon took down Georgia 82-71 in a Hall of Fame Series contest Nov. 6. Fifth-year center N'Faly Dante scored 16 points and gathered 21 rebounds in the win. Montana won its season opener Nov. 7.

Central Michigan at Ohio StateNCAAMThe Buckeyes return home triumphantly for a game against the Chippewas. Ohio State fended off then-No. 17 Alabama and trounced Santa Clara en route to wearing the Emerald Coast Classic crown. Bruce Thornton (OSU) scored 42 points in those contests.

Florida Gulf Coast at Florida InternationalNCAAMThe Eagles (1-6) try to halt a five-game slide when they visit the Panthers (2-6). Florida Gulf Coast snapped an identical skid against Florida International last season, winning 74-65. FIU ended its own three-game losing streak on Nov. 26.
Florida at Wake ForestNCAAMHunter Sallis and the Demon Deacons welcome the Gators to the LJVM Coliseum for an ACC/SEC Challenge game. Sallis, a junior guard, averages a team-best 18.3 points per contest. Junior guard Walter Clayton Jr. paces Florida with 15.7 ppg.

Colorado at Colorado StateNCAAMThe No. 20 Rams (6-0) roll into their Centennial State showdown against the Buffaloes (5-1). Colorado leads the series 92-38. Colorado State comes off its first victory over a top-10 team in nearly 40 years, a 69-48 rout of then-No. 8 Creighton.
