NCAAFCollege football is a sport that has been played for over 150 years. It is one of the most popular and beloved sports in the United States, with hundreds of millions of fans cheering on their favourite college football teams every fall. College football is a game in which teams of student-athletes from universities and colleges compete against each other in an exciting and thrilling battle of offensive and defensive football. The sport consists of 11-on-11 matches, usually played on Saturdays during the fall months in stadiums across America. College football's regular season usually begins in late August or early September and ends in early December. The teams are decided by each school's football conference - e.g. the SEC, the ACC, the Big 12, the Big Ten and more. After the regular season, some teams will be chosen to compete in the post-season playoffs that will decide the national champion. The most popular college football teams in the country are Alabama Crimson Tide, Clemson Tigers, Ohio State Buckeyes, Georgia Bulldogs, Oregon Ducks, Florida Gators, Oklahoma Sooners, and LSU Tigers. Some of the most popular current college football players are Justin Fields, Trevor Lawrence, Ian Book, Tua Tagovailoa, Jalen Hurts, and Jonathan Taylor. The history of College football is filled with legendary teams and players, such as the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, the Michigan Wolverines, Charles Woodson, and Marcus Mariota. Some of the most memorable games in College Football history include the 1969 ‘Game of the Century’ between the Texas Longhorns and Arkansas Razorbacks, the 2006 Rose Bowl between USC and Texas, and the 2012 BCS National Championship Game between Alabama and Notre Dame. Florida International at New Mexico StateNCAAFFlorida International and New Mexico State return to action with this showing in Las Cruces, N.M. Both clubs dropped their last outing Sept. 23 before enjoying a bye in Week 5. The Panthers raced to a 21-7 triumph over the Aggies in a 2022 meeting.

Georgia at AuburnNCAAFThe No. 1 Bulldogs hit the road for the first time this season as they try to make it seven in a row over the SEC rival Tigers. Two-time defending national champion Georgia extended its win streak to 21 games with a 49-21 triumph over UAB in Week 4.

Kansas State at Oklahoma StateNCAAFOklahoma State is out for retribution versus Big 12 rival Kansas State. Last year, the Wildcats dealt the then-No. 10 Cowboys a 48-0 drubbing, Oklahoma State's first shutout loss since 2009. Will Howard (KSU) threw for four touchdowns in that game.
Nebraska at IllinoisNCAAFNebraska plays host to Illinois. Both squads fell to 2-3 with a second loss in Big Ten play Sept. 30. Illinois receiver Isaiah Williams turned nine catches into 93 yards and a touchdown to help the Fighting Illini defeat the Cornhuskers 26-9 in 2022.

Boston College at ArmyNCAAFAn old rivalry is rekindled in this matchup between Boston College (2-3) and Army (2-2). The Eagles lead the series 25-13, but the Black Knights won the last gathering in West Point in 2012. Boston College comes off a victory over Virginia.
Oklahoma vs TexasNCAAFA marquee Big 12 matchup pits the No. 3 Longhorns (5-0, 2-0) against the No. 12 Sooners (5-0, 2-0) in Week 6. Texas rolled Oklahoma 49-0 last season, snapping a four-game slide against the Sooners that began with the 2018 Big 12 championship game.

San Jose State at Boise StateNCAAFThe Broncos link up with the Spartans. In 2020, San Jose State earned its first victory in 14 meetings with Boise State by prevailing 34-20 in the Mountain West championship game in Las Vegas. Ashton Jeanty (BOIS) has a total of 12 TDs this year.
