NFLThe National Football League (NFL) is a professional American football league consisting of 32 teams, divided equally between the National Football Conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC). The NFL is one of the four major professional sports leagues in North America and the highest professional level of American football in the world. The NFL is one of the most popular professional sports leagues in the world, with fans and players from around the globe. The regular season of the NFL runs from early September to mid December, consisting of 17 weeks of games. Each team plays 16 games out of their respective conference and has one bye week to rest and prepare for the rest of the season. At the end of the regular season, the top six teams from each conference will qualify for the playoffs. The playoffs are single-elimination brackets, which determine the two teams that will play in the championship game, the Super Bowl. The NFL has a long and distinguished history. It was founded in 1920 as the American Professional Football Association before changing its name to the National Football League in 1922. The first Super Bowl was held in 1967 and has since become the most watched sporting event in the world. Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Atlanta FalconsNFLThe NFC South-leading Falcons try to seize more control of the division as they host the Buccaneers. Atlanta leads Tampa Bay and New Orleans by one game. The Falcons beat the Bucs 16-13 in Week 7 on Younghoe Koo's 51-yard field goal as time expired.
Indianapolis Colts at Cincinnati BengalsNFLIndianapolis visits Cincinnati. In Week 13, the Bengals pulled off a 34-31 overtime triumph Monday night at the Jaguars. The Colts made it four in a row after coming back in an OT session to beat the Titans 31-28 on Michael Pittman Jr.'s walk-off TD.
Los Angeles Rams at Baltimore RavensNFLThe Ravens (9-3) return to action against the red-hot Rams (6-6). Los Angeles thumped Cleveland 36-19 on Dec. 3 for its third win in a row. Odell Beckham Jr. (BAL) scored the winning TD for the Rams in a January 2022 victory over the Ravens.
Carolina Panthers at New Orleans SaintsNFLThe Saints try to keep pace in the NFC South by completing a season-series sweep of the Panthers. New Orleans trails Atlanta by one game. The Saints outlasted the Panthers 20-17 in Week 2, spoiling the home debut of Carolina quarterback Bryce Young.
Minnesota Vikings at Las Vegas RaidersNFLThe Raiders continue a run at home by lining up with the Vikings. Both clubs were on bye in Week 13. Minnesota's 21-20 loss to Denver on Nov. 19 halted a four-game road winning streak. Danielle Hunter (MIN) is among the NFL's leaders with 13.5 sacks.
Seattle Seahawks at San Francisco 49ersNFLThe 49ers and Seahawks complete the season set. San Francisco comes off a statement 42-19 drubbing of NFL-leading Philadelphia in a rematch of last season's NFC championship. Christian McCaffrey (SF) leads the NFL with 1,032 rushing yards and 17 TDs.
Buffalo Bills at Kansas City ChiefsNFLThe Bills (6-6) try to get right as they begin the stretch run by visiting the Chiefs (8-4). Buffalo is 1-5 away from Western New York this year, and dropped three of four heading into the bye. Kansas City comes off a prime-time loss to Green Bay.
Denver Broncos at Los Angeles ChargersNFLTime is running out for the Chargers (5-7), who host the AFC West rival Broncos (6-6). Los Angeles kept its flickering playoff hopes alive with a 6-0 victory at New England in Week 13. Denver's five-game win streak was halted in Houston 22-17.
Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas CowboysNFLThe Cowboys and Eagles duke it out for first place in the NFC East. Dallas owns the NFL's top offense and best point differential after Week 13. The Cowboys have won 14 straight home games. DaRon Bland (DAL) has an NFL-record five pick-sixes in 2023.
Tennessee Titans at Miami DolphinsNFLThe Titans (4-8) visit the Dolphins (9-3). In Week 13, Tennessee let a late lead in overtime slip away as it fell 31-28 to division foe Indianapolis. Miami, the AFC's highest-scoring offense, flexed its muscle with a 45-15 decision over Washington.

Washington Commanders at Los Angeles RamsNFLThe Commanders try to even their road record as they return from a bye to face the Rams. Washington is 3-4 away from home this season, with running back Brian Robinson Jr. contributing 547 yards from scrimmage and seven TDs in those contests.
