Por otra parte, Alicia, para animar a Belén, le dice que la acompañe a un casting para un anuncio, pero le sale mal porque a la que seleccionan es a Belén. Bea, la nueva compañera de piso de Mauri, se siente muy atraída por Lucía.

S2, EP7 "Érase una huelga"Se produce una subida de tensión en el edificio y algunos electrodomésticos se estropean, Juan tranquiliza a los vecinos ya que hay un seguro y este tendrá que hacerse cargo de todo. Los vecinos rompen mas cosas para conseguir una indemnización mejor, pero las cosas no salen como ellos pensaban, cuando el perito ve como esta la instalación les dice que el seguro no se hace cargo. Capitaneados por Juan e Isabel, los vecinos deciden hacer una huelga de hambre hasta que les reconozcan sus derechos.

S2, EP8 "Érase un piso en venta"Emilio deja su trabajo de portero en la comunidad y se va a trabajar a un edificio de lujo. Las cosas allí se complican cuando el padre de Emilio acosa a la presidenta del edificio y el portero recibe una proposición por parte de la misma que le dejara atónito. Por otra parte Concha pone su piso en venta así que Belén y Alicia tendrán que abandonarlo.
