Chef Ramsay surprises the three finalists with a special visit with their families; the finalists are pampered with a day of hair, makeup and styling before they are faced with a major surprise challenge; only two chefs advance to the season finale.

Day 7

The contestants taste Chef Ramsay's signature dish and are given 20 minutes to replicate it; tension rise among the chefs amidst accusations of cheating.

Day 9

Chef Ramsay divides Hell's Kitchen between the two remaining contestants, who design a decor and a menu, then come up with names for their halves.
