It features amateur viral videos being critiqued by MTV personality Rob Dyrdek ("Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory"), who knows a thing or two about pushing the envelope from his pro skateboarding days. With commentary from Sterling "Steelo" Brim and Chanel (the rapping receptionist from "Fantasy Factory"), Dyrdek breaks down the clips by putting them in such categories as "Hot Mess," "Worst Case Scenario," "Redneck Good Times" and "What Happened Last Night." It's sure to be seriously ridiculous.

Recurring segments include the FCC-pleasing This Week in Unnecessary Censorship in which they take TV clips and "bleep and blur things whether they need it or not," as Kimmel describes it. But it's too bad they consistently run out of time for Matt Damon's segment.
