Lost Gold of the Aztecs

S1, EP7 "Chamber of Secrets"

In Utah, the Dillman family drills into what they believe could be the hidden treasure chamber that their grandfather predicted; after a close encounter, the gold miners in Nevada must find another way into the rest of the underground tunnel system.

"Lost Gold of the Aztecs" follows three families determined to break the 500-year-old curse of Emperor Montezuma and find the treasure believed to be made up of an enormous quantity of gold bars, silver, precious stones, jewelry, and other Aztec artifacts. Historians estimate the value of all of these items to be worth over $3 billion. The series will intercut each family's epic adventure as they search for the Seven Cities of Gold on three different properties in three different states -- the Dillmans in Utah, the Hoaglands in Nevada, and the Villescases in New Mexico.

Forensic Files

Eagle-eyed technical experts prove there is no such thing as a perfect crime as they assemble the pieces every criminal leaves behind. Dramatic crime re-creations and, sometimes, part of the investigations are a staple of the series. Some of the re-creations include alternate versions of the crimes, which are disproved by science. The show's episodes follow each case from the initial investigation until it reaches its legal resolution.

World's Most Evil Killers

An in-depth look at some of the world's most dangerous murderers.

Aerial America

Some people like to hop in a car to take a road trip across America, visiting as many landmarks as possible along the way. Since such a trek can take a while to complete, taking a flight across America might be a better option for some people. "Aerial America" takes viewers on such a flight, offering rare looks at some of the nation's best-loved landmarks from high in the sky. Cameras capture the history and pageantry of America as they zoom over busy cityscapes and quiet, rural lands. Many episodes focus on a specific state, showcasing highlights of the state's beauty, while others revolve around themes such as the best small towns and natural wonders found in the country.

Air Disasters

Statistically, traveling by airplane is safer than driving and other forms of transportation, but when something goes wrong during a flight, it can be catastrophic with potentially hundreds of lives at stake. This series examines some of the world's worst air disasters, using official reports, transcripts and interviews with people involved to tell the stories of midair mishaps and discover what went wrong in each case. Episodes include a discussion of how the weather affects flights -- including stories of aviation disasters and near-misses -- and a New Year's Eve flight that fell from the sky into the Florida Everglades.
