The doctor who pronounced John O'Keefe dead at the hospital testified. Emergency room physician, Dr. Justin Rice, told jurors how John O'Keefe lost his life in a blizzard. He claimed that O'Keefe did not have a pulse when he got to the ER and was completely unresponsive. When O'Keefe was rushed to a nearby hospital he was declared deceased.
