While fighting in the Philippines during World War II, U.S. Army Lt. Barry Mann (John Garwood) is attacked and left for dead by the sadistic Maj. Kuramoto (Vic Diaz), who also murders all of his men. Mann survives but is badly disfigured and deranged. He sets up camp in a cave and makes it his mission to get revenge on Kuramoto, who has proceeded to abduct Mann's girlfriend, Maria (Liza Lorena). When Mann infiltrates Kuramoto's camp, a bloodbath ensues.
