Hosted by Alison Sweeney, with alternating co-hosts Sharone Hakman and Harley Morenstein, "Kids Sweets Showdown" pits two kid pairs against each other to showcase their baking ability. In addition to a main showdown challenge, each hourlong episode features two spur-of-the-moment "sugar rushes," which require one member of each team to make something in a short amount of time.
