Lisa Vanderpump first gained fame as a cast member on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," but her full-time job is as co-owner and boss at West Hollywood, Calif., restaurant SUR, which stands for Sexy Unique Restaurant. Vanderpump balances her motherly instinct with her shrewd business sense to maintain control over the restaurant's wild group of employees who are working at the eatery while pursuing their dreams. Drama seems to be part of the job for the employees at SUR, who tend to date -- and, in most cases, subsequently break up with -- their fellow co-workers.

Convinced Kristen is cheating on him, James hooks up with Lala; Lisa teaches her staff about fine wine; Jax schemes to attract Lala away from James and recruits Kristen to help him.

Lisa organizes the annual SUR photoshoot where hostess Angelica catches Jason's eye; Venus confronts Marcus and Kim about their on-again/off-again relationship; Natalie and Shayne go on their first date, but things go awry at Angelica's pool party.

Lisa throws two huge parties for Gay Pride; James flaunts fresh love bites, and everyone wants to know who was responsible; Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz kick-start Shay's makeover; Jax seizes an opportunity to move in on Lala.

Kim plans a girls' night that descends into madness when Natalie refuses to ignore their problems; Chris helps Audrey move into her new apartment; Jason attempts to reconnect with Angelica after an awkward situation.
