American Restoration
"American Restoration" is all about keeping America's past alive by restoring pieces of Americana that have seen better days. Whether it's a classic car, a vintage gas pump or an antique toy, a lot of elbow grease and a little TLC can go a long way in bringing these things back to how they looked when they were new. The first several seasons featured the work of Rick Dale's crew at Las Vegas-based Rick's Restorations, but now the show has diversified and highlights crews that work on restoring old items at several shops around the country, some of which have client lists that include some of the best-known celebrities and businesses in America.
S5, EP11 "Car Before the Horse"
A client cruises in with a 1962 mini-Corvette to be modeled after his full-size version; a 1950s coin-operated mustang ride is brought into the shop.

A New Jersey amusement park owner brings a Hurricane Sandy damaged 1920s haunted house car to the shop.
S5, EP13 "Beer Bell-y"
A beat-up 1940s boxing bell is brought in; a client brings in a vintage slot machine to be converted into a beer-pouring sloterator.
S6, EP1 "George Clinton: Funk Yeah!"
George Clinton of Parliament Funkadelic arrives with a 1920's piano and the team preps for a pitch-perfect project.
S6, EP7 "David Copperfield: Rick Works His Magic"
Illusionist David Copperfield calls the shop, wanting to have two items in his museum's collection restored.
