"Million Dollar Listing" may have had its location, Los Angeles, added to its title to differentiate it from the New York version of the franchise, but the show is the same as it's always been. L.A.-based real estate gurus, including Josh Altman and Josh Flagg, are still featured as they battle through the high-stakes, cutthroat world of the real estate market in the City of Angels. It's a tough market as the guys try to sell the high life at high prices in some of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Malibu. The guys also face trying times in their personal lives.
Shamed by the drama that broke out at their brokers' open, James and David try to salvage their relationship with the sellers; Tracy tries to find a home for her friend; Flagg creates a hilarious short film to help market an ultra-modern listing.
In an attempt to sell her Del Mar listing, Tracy heads to the racetrack in search of wealthy buyers; Josh Altman faces wife Heather when trying to sell a problematic listing; Josh Flagg bakes up a plan to get back on James and David's good side.
Josh Altman goes full hipster in his last ditch effort to sell an architectural wonder in a trendy Venice neighborhood; Tracy takes over a stale listing in Brentwood and attempts to revive the grandeur of the historic Georgian estate.
Michael tasks James and brother David with finding him a development opportunity, leading to a visit to the house where the movie, "Mommie Dearest," was filmed; Josh Flagg battles his control issues while teaming up with Bobby.
