The No. 22 ranked team in the nation, Oregon, will stay on the road for the second game of a three-game series against in-state and Pac-12 rival, the No. 9 ranked team in the country, Oregon State, at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field in Corvallis, Oregon, on Saturday night. The Beavers are 31-9 heading into this weekend’s series yesterday with a 10-7 record against Pac-12 teams. Last week, they lost one of two games against Nevada in the middle of the week followed by being swept in three straight games last weekend against California. They bounced back with a win earlier this week 7-2 over Portland. Second baseman Travis Bazzana has been the best bat on the team this season. He is batting .432 with a .591 on-base percentage which is astronomical. He has 19 home runs to lead the team with 29 RBIs and 57 runs in 139 at-bats. Jacob Kmatz has been the best on the mound with a 5-1 record and a 2.95 ERA in 10 starts. He has 49 strikeouts and just 18 earned runs in 55 innings pitched.

The Ducks are the No. 22 team in the nation with an overall record of 28-12 and a conference record of 11-7 in the same conference.
