The Wildcats returned the favor on Friday as they beat the Cardinal 11-3 in five innings to even the series. The loss snapped an eight-game winning streak for the Cardinal and was their first conference loss of the season. They now sit at 26-6 overall and 7-1 in the Pac-12. The Cardinal swept Cal and Utah in their first two conference series and on Saturday they will look to make it three straight series with a win over the Wildcats.

Arizona, though, is looking to build off its big win on Friday night and pick up the series win over the Cardinal.
The win on Friday got the Wildcats back to within a game of .500 in the Pac-12 at 5-6. They took two of three against Oregon State to open up conference play, but have since lost two of three to both Washington and Cal.
Saturday they are looking to avoid the same fate against the Cardinal and pick up a huge home series win.
