Lance Lynn and the St. Louis Cardinals will take the mound against TBA and the Milwaukee Brewers on Friday night.
The St. Louis Cardinals will head on the road for the second game of a four-game series with the Milwaukee Brewers at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Friday night. The Brewers took the first game 7-1 last night at home. Jared Koenig was credited with the win pitching two scoreless innings with two strikeouts in relief fashion. Rhys Hoskins, Jake Bauers, and Joey Ortiz all came prepared with the big bats hitting balls out of the park. Hoskins was the only one of the three to also have a multi-RBI game as well. William Contreras and Christian Yelich both had single RBIs as well in the dominant win as both of them bat 3-for-4. The lone run for the Cardinals in the game came from a solo home run from Lars Nootbaar in the third inning. St. Louis will look to get back on track with a win here tonight.
