Pachuca hosts Club América on Tuesday in CONCACAF Champions Cup action.
Hidalgo Stadium is set to host the exciting mid-week matchup between home side Pachuca and visiting side Club América on Tuesday in the second leg of the CONCACAF Champions Cup semifinals. The two clubs met in the first leg of the matchup last Tuesday at Azteca Stadium. U.S. Men’s National Team forward Alejandro Zendejas put las Águilas up 1-0 in the 12th minute of the match. Then, Norman Micolta Arroyo equalized for los Tuzos in the 40th minute. Both Liga MX sides are coming off of dominant scorelines in the CONCACAF Champions Cup quarterfinals. Pachuca finished with a 7-1 advantage over Costa Rican club Herediano over the two legs, while Club América beat the New England Revolution 9-2.

The reigning Liga MX champion Águilas finished the Clausura 2024 regular season at the top of the league table, with 35 points in 17 matches and an overall record of 10 wins, five draws and two losses.
In its most recent outing, Club América took a narrow 2-1 finish over Puebla on Friday at Cuauhtémoc Stadium, thanks to a brace from Salvador Reyes.
Meanwhile, Pachuca finished the regular season in seventh place with 29 points in 17 matches, to go along with an overall record of nine wins, two draws and six losses.
