The Colorado Rockies can extend their winning streak to six games when they take on the San Diego Padres at Petco Park on Tuesday.
It was a tough start to the season for the Colorado Rockies (13-28), but Bud Black’s team has clearly found a rhythm as of late. Colorado has won five games in a row, including a sweep of the defending World Series champion Texas Rangers over the weekend. The Rockies continued that winning streak on Monday with a 5-4 win over the San Diego Padres, as they opened a three-game National League West series at Petco Park. That series continues on Tuesday night with the Rockies trying to stretch their winning streak to six games.
