The Seattle Mariners go for their third win in a row on Tuesday night when they host the Kansas City Royals.
In late night MLB action on Tuesday, the Seattle Mariners (23-19) host the Kansas City Royals (25-18) at T-Mobile Park for the second game of a three-game series. This series got underway last night, with the Mariners winning Game 1 6-2. Mariners left fielder Luke Raley got the scoring started for Seattle with a two-run home run in the second inning, then added another run just an inning later with an RBI single in the third. In total Raley finished the game 3-for-4 with three RBIs and two runs scored.

The win was Seattle’s second in a row and third in the last four games. Over the weekend the Mariners took two of three games from the Oakland A’s to kick-off what will end up being a six-game homestand.
The Royals also had a successful weekend, taking three of four games from the Los Angeles Angels to kick-off a seven-game West Coast road trip. Heading into Monday night the Royals had won five of their last seven games, going back to a home series against the Milwaukee Brewers last weekend.
