NFL Power Rankings After Week 16

Fubo News ranks all 32 teams in the NFL after Week 16. Watch NFL Week 17 local action live and for free on Fubo.

The NFL regular season is down to two weeks and the playoff picture remains as muddled as it was last week. The top of the conferences are coming down to the wire and their are still a ton of teams trying to slide into a wild card spot.

A lot can get sorted out this week, but before we get ready for the Browns and Jets on Thursday night we take a look at the newest power rankings.

1. Baltimore Ravens 12-3

Last Week 2

The Ravens showed that they are the team to beat in the NFL when they went to San Francisco and dominated the 49ers in their 33-19 win. They get another tough game this weekend against the Dolphins in the battle for the top seed in the AFC.

2. Miami Dolphins 11-4

Last Week 3

The Dolphins finally got a win over a team with a winning record, as they hit a last second field goal to beat the Cowboys. They will now play the Ravens with a chance to take over the top seed in the AFC.

3. San Francisco 49ers 11-4

Last Week 1

The 49ers six-game winning streak came to a halt on Monday night against the Ravens and they are now in a three-way tie for the top spot in the NFC. They need to beat the Commanders on Sunday or all of a sudden they could fall to third place and lose home field advantage in the playoffs.

4. Detroit Lions 11-4

Last Week 6

The Lions clinched their first division title since 1993 when they beat the Vikings on Sunday. They now have their sights set on the top seed in the NFC and home field advantage.

5. Buffalo Bills 9-6

Last Week 4

The Bills took another big step to making the playoffs, as they slipped by the Chargers on Thursday night. They can now win the AFC East if they win out and the Dolphins lose to the Ravens on Sunday.

6. Dallas Cowboys 10-5

Last Week 5

The Cowboys blew a golden opportunity on Sunday when they lost late to the Dolphins. The loss dropped them a game back of the Eagles for the top spot in the NFC East. They can still win the division, but they have to have the Eagles lose one of their last two games.

7. Philadelphia Eagles 11-4

Last Week 8

The Eagles snapped a three-game losing streak with a win over the Giants on Monday. It wasn’t easy, but they got the win and now control their own destiny in the NFC East.

8. Cleveland Browns 10-5

Last Week 9

Joe Flacco continues to play great and Amari Coooper is reaping the benefits. Cooper went for a team-record 265 yards receiving on Sunday in the win over the Texans and the Browns are in great shape to claim a wild card spot.

9. Kansas City Chiefs 9-6

Last Week 7

The Chiefs are struggling as they lost again on Monday against the Raiders. They will still likely win the AFC West, but their chances of making the Super Bowl look to be growing dimmer each week.

10. Los Angeles Rams 8-7

Last Week 11

The Rams took a big step to making the playoffs on Sunday when they beat the Saints. They are now locked into a wild card spot and control their own destiny. Games against the Giants and Cardinals are up next.

11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 8-7

Last Week 16

Baker Mayfield played well again on Sunday as the Buccaneers whipped the Jaguars in a battle for Florida bragging rights. The Buccaneers now control their own destiny in the NFC South and a playoff spot.

12. Seattle Seahawks 8-7

Last Week 18

The Seahawks continued their push for a playoff spot on Sunday when they beat the Titans on Sunday. They are in the last wild card spot, but have a tough game with the Steelers coming up this weekend.

13. Pittsburgh Steelers 8-7

Last Week 23

The Steelers make a big jump after getting a huge win over the Bengals on Saturday. The win kept them alive for one of the wild card spots in the AFC. It doesn’t get any easier for them, though, as they get the Seahawks and the Ravens to finish the season.

14. Cincinnati Bengals 8-7

Last Week 10

The Bengals blew a great chance to take control of their playoff hopes when they lost to the Steelers on Saturday. They are now in a logjam with three other teams for the last wild card spot in the AFC.

15. Jacksonville Jaguars 8-7

Last Week 13

The Jaguars lost their chance to move into first place in the AFC South by themselves, as they lost to the Buccaneers this weekend. They still control their own destiny in the AFC South, but they have to win both of their last two games.

16. Indianapolis Colts 8-7

Last Week 14

The Colts laid an egg on Sunday as they lost to the Falcons in a game they needed to win. Thankfully for the Colts everyone else in the division lost and they can still win the division with two wins and one Jaguars loss.

17. Houston Texans 8-7

Last Week 15

The Texans lost on Sunday and continued to stay in a three-way tie with the Colts and Jaguars for the top spot in the AFC South. They can still win the division, but they have to win both of their games and have the Jaguars lose both of their games.

18. Denver Broncos 7-8

Last Week 12

The Broncos lost to the Patriots on Sunday and they have dropped a game back of the last wild card spot in the AFC. They now need a lot of things to go right for them to sneak back into the playoffs.

19. Atlanta Falcons 7-8

Last Week 25

The Falcons picked up a huge win on Sunday when they beat the Colts. The win kept them alive in the NFC Playoff picture, but they still have to win out and get help. It starts with a game with the Bears on Sunday.

20. Green Bay Packers 6-9

Last Week 19

The Packers lost again and now need a lot of help to make the playoffs. They get a must-win against the Vikings on Sunday night before finishing the season with a home game against the rival Bears.

21. Chicago Bears 6-9

Last Week 20

The Bears beat the Cardinals on Sunday to keep their slim playoff chances alive. They need to beat the Falcons and Packers in their last two games and get a lot of help to sneak into a wild card spot.

22. Las Vegas Raiders 7-8

Last Week 22

The Raiders upset the Chiefs on Monday to stay alive in the AFC for a playoff spot. The Raiders have played well over the last month, but get a tough game against the Colts this weekend.

23. New Orleans Saints 7-8

Last Week 17

The Saints saw their two-game winning streak snapped on Thursday night when they lost to the Rams 30-22. The loss dropped them a game back of the Buccaneers for the top spot in the NFC South. They get a chance to draw even with them as they play in Tampa Bay on Sunday.

24. Minnesota Vikings 7-8

Last Week 21

The Vikings nearly upset the Lions on Sunday, but came up just short and saw their playoff hopes take a big hit. Sunday they get the Packers in a must-win game.

25. New York Jets 6-9

Last Week 28

The Jets aren’t going to make the playoffs, but they continue to fight as they got a win on Sunday against the Commanders. They get a tough game with the Browns this weekend before finishing the season with the Patriots.

26. New York Giants 5-10

Last Week 26

The Giants fought the Eagles on Monday, but came up short and will now turn to Tyrod Taylor at quarterback. Taylor nearly led the comeback against Philadelphia and is being rewarded with the start.

27. New England Patriots 4-11

Last Week 30

The Patriots continue to fight despite being eliminated from playoff contention. They beat the Broncos on Sunday and now get a chance to complete a sweep of the Bills on Sunday.

28. Los Angeles Chargers 5-10

Last Week 27

The Chargers nearly upset the Bills, but a last second field goal kept them from the win. They have been eliminated from the playoffs, but can eliminate the Broncos on Sunday with a win over Denver.

29. Tennessee Titans 5-10

Last Week 24

The Titans lost for the second straight week by three points, as they fell to the Seahawks 20-17. They don’t have a lot to play for in the last two weeks, but they can play spoiler to the Texans and Jaguars.

30. Arizona Cardinals 3-12

Last Week 29

The Cardinals fell to the Bears on Sunday and remained just a game up on the Panthers for the worst record in the NFL. It doesn’t get any easier for them over the last two weeks, as they play the Eagles and Seahawks.

31. Washington Commanders 4-11

Last Week 31

The Commanders lost again and they are now turning to Jacoby Brissett at quarterback for their game with the 49ers on Sunday. They are going to be huge underdogs in their last two games, but have nothing to lose against San Francisco and Dallas.

32. Carolina Panthers 2-13

Last Week 32

The Panthers lost again and stay in dead last in the NFL. They have the inside track for the first pick in the NFL draft, but that pick will be going to the Bears.
