With a goal and an assist in last night’s win, Bruins winger David Pastrnak now has 101 points on the season ranking the 10-year veteran fifth in the NHL in points. Pastrnak has tallied back-to-back 100-point seasons and needs 13 points in his final nine games to set a career high.
Lightning winger Nikita Kucherov is tied for the league lead with 123 points on the season and sits six points shy of breaking his career-high of 128 set during the 2018-19 campaign. Tied for a career-high 41 goals, Kucherov has been held without a goal in three consecutive games but has tallied five assists in that span.
Tampa Bay has won two of the three meetings against Boston this season, both coming in overtime or a shootout.
