Premier League title contender Arsenal will look to defeat its hoodoo against Brighton in search of the table summit.
Brighton & Hove Albion have been something of a bogey team for Arsenal since returning to the Premier League, but the Gunners can complete a Premier League double over the Seagulls on Saturday. And Mikel Arteta’s side won’t be short of motivation traveling to the south coast, safe in the knowledge that a win will at least temporarily take them back to the summit of England’s top flight. Second-half finishes from Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz unlocked Robert De Zerbi’s men in their visit to the Emirates back in December, but Brighton remains a threat after winning three of the past five encounters between these clubs.

The north Londoners are visiting the Amex Stadium at a good time, too, considering the Seagulls’ form has nosedived somewhat since these teams last met four months ago.
De Zerbi has seen his side win just twice in their last eight outings across all competitions—although both of those also happened to be their last two home fixtures.
Arsenal, meanwhile, is coming off the back of an unpretty but effective 2-0 triumph over Luton Town on Wednesday, where Arteta took the opportunity to rest some of his key men.
But the A Team should return on the south coast, with Jesus ready to lead the line after it was him who broke the deadlock in the reverse fixture:
Bukayo Saka was left out of the Luton win altogether in order to give the England winger some much-needed respite, while Declan Rice, Gabriel Martinelli and Jorginho each came on as subs.
Thomas Partey, Emile Smith Rowe and Reiss Nelson grabbed plenty of attention after they earned rare starts, meanwhile, though all three face being dropped back to the bench once again.
Republic of Ireland striker Evan Ferguson remains a doubt for Brighton after he missed the midweek stalemate at Brentford, with Kaoru Mitoma, Solly March, Jack Hinshelwood, James Milner and Billy Gilmour all out of commission.
