    How to Watch 2024 World Athletics Relays, Day 2: Stream Track & Field Live, TV Channel

    The final day of the 2024 World Athletics Relays is set for Sunday at Thomas Robinson Stadium in Nassau, Bahamas.

    The second and final day of the 2024 World Athletics Relays sends 14 teams in five relay events to the 2024 Paris Olympics. The first eight teams per discipline qualified in Saturday’s preliminary round with the other six in each event to be determined in three heats prior to the finals on Sunday. Teams compete for prize money and lane positions in Paris in Sunday’s finals. The day starts with the mixed 4×400 meter relay Olympic qualifying round, with the top two teams in each of the three heats qualifying for Paris. The final two teams in each discipline for Paris earn their way to the Olympics based on times during the qualifying period which began on Dec. 31, 2022, and runs through June 30.

    The finals begin at 9:40 Eastern time with the mixed 4×400. The United States team of Ryan Willie, Matthew Boling, Kendall Ellis and Lynna Irby-Jackson an event record of 3:11.52, topping the mark set by Netherlands of 3:12.16 earlier in the day. Ireland, Belgium, Great Britain, Poland, Nigeria and the Dominican Republic also reached the final.

    The U.S. team of Gabrielle Thomas, Celera Barnes, Melissa Jefferson and Tamari Davis topped the women’s 4X100 heats, while the American quartet of Noah Lyles, Kyree King, Kenneth Bednarek and Courtney Lindsay with a world season-best of 37.49. Great Britain, Germany, Poland, Australia, Ivory Coast, Spain and Netherlands also qualified for the women’s final. Japan, Canada, Italy, China, France, Great Britain and Trinidad and Tobago run in the men’s final.

    Ireland’s quartet of Phil Healy, Sharlene Mawdsley, Sophie Becker and Rhasidat Adeleke leads the women into the 4×400 final, along with the United States, Great Britain, Italy, Norway, Poland, Canada and Belgium. On the men’s side, the Botswana team of Letsile Tebogo, Leungo Scotch, Isaac Makwala and Bayapo Ndori posted the best time, followed by South Africa, Belgium, Japan, Great Britain, Italy, Nigeria and Great Britain.
