Gunfighters
In Texas, gunfighter Brazos Kane (Randolph Scott) decides to lay down his guns for good and rides out to visit his best friend -- only to witness his murder. When Brazos takes the body to the nearby ranch of the powerful Banner (Griff Barnett), the rancher accuses him of the murder. Brazos leaves Banner's daughter, Bess (Barbara Britton), a vital piece of evidence in the crime, and then must evade Banner and a crooked sheriff as he reluctantly takes up arms to prove his innocence.

The Nebraskan
When his Indian assistant, Wingfoot (Maurice Jara), is accused of murdering a Sioux chief, Army scout Wade Harper (Phil Carey) brings him to Fort Kearney, Neb., where Colonel Markham (Regis Toomey) insists the young man has the right to a fair trial rather than handing him over to the Sioux. The Kid From Broken Gun
After years on the East Coast, former boxer Jack Mahoney returns to New Mexico and finds himself framed for murder. With the help of his trusted friends Tex Harding (Tex Harding) and Cannonball (Dub Taylor), the Kid hopes to uncover the truth while hiding the investigation from the strident Miss Halliday.
Rio Grande
The conniving Ed Barker (Dick Curtis) murders a rancher and tries to steal the ranch from his widow, Jean Andrews (Ann Doran). However, their old friend Cliff Houston (Charles Starrett) appears on the scene to try and save the day. He makes a deal with Barker and his crew to drive the Andrews herd to market and split the money, but each man really plans to con the other as soon as the time is right. Along for the ride is singing cowboy Bob Stevens (Bob Nolan).
