In "The Birthday Party," a woman (Melanie Lynskey) refuses to let an untimely death ruin her son's bash. In "Don't Fall," an innocent camping trip turns deadly, and in "Her Only Living Son," a mother (Christina Kirk) must deal with the child from hell.

Meek's Cutoff
During the 1840s, six settlers and their guide are caught in a dangerous situation: They are lost, food and water are running out, and the surrounding desert threatens to claim them all. Meanwhile, their guide, Stephen Meek (Bruce Greenwood), refuses to acknowledge that they may be several weeks off-course. When a Native American (Rod Rondeaux) is captured, Emily Tetherow (Michelle Williams), one of the settlers, shields him from Meek's wrath, and he offers to lead the group to water in return.
Don't Blink
Ten friends arrive at a remote mountain resort for a weekend of relaxation but find it deserted. Bewilderment turns to terror as members of their group begin to disappear one by one.
The Lodgers
A family curse confines orphaned twins Rachel and Edwards to their home as punishment for their ancestors' sins. Bound to the rules of a haunting childhood lullaby, the twins must never let any outsiders inside the house, must be in their rooms by the chime of midnight, and must never be separated from one another. Breaking any of these rules will incur the wrath of a sinister presence that inhabits the house after midnight.
