The Fastest Gun Alive
Former gunslinger George Temple (Glenn Ford) wants to keep his gun-fighting days a secret as he builds a new life. It seems whenever Temple's prowess with a gun is discovered, he and his wife, Dora (Jeanne Crain), have to skip town before someone challenges him to a duel. After eventually settling in a small town as a quiet shopkeeper, a drunken Temple makes the mistake of showing off his skills. When the criminal Vinnie Harold (Broderick Crawford) catches wind of it, a showdown is imminent.

The Command
After Capt. Forsythe (Gregg Barton), the commanding officer of a cavalry troop, is killed in an attack, the new leader is Capt. Frank Madden (Guy Madison), who is part Native American but passes as white, purchases a ranch in the small town of Kendall, Okla. When Frank moves in, he finds that the bigoted townspeople have recently let three brothers, who are also his neighbors, get away with the lynching murder of innocent Native Americans. As tensions between the townspeople and local Native Americans rise, Hank becomes torn between fighting against injustice and keeping his true identity a secret.

Marston forces the captain of Jed's fort, Glenn Riordan (Guy Madison), to send out Jed and the troops to fight his attackers, despite their lack of battle experience.
