Famed forensic psychiatrist Dr. Jack Gramm enjoys a reputation as one of the most sought-after profilers around. His expert testimony has resulted in the conviction of many criminals, including serial killer Jon Forster. On the eve of Forster's execution, one of Gramm's students is murdered in a vicious copycat crime, and Gramm himself receives an ominous message informing him that he has less than 90 minutes to live.

The Fog
Strange things begin to occur as a tiny California coastal town prepares to commemorate its centenary. Inanimate objects spring eerily to life; Rev. Attack Force
Marshall Lawson's (Steven Seagal) entire military strike force is eradicated in a vicious attack in Paris. With help from his chemist girlfriend, Tia (Lisa Lovbrand), Marshall learns that the murderer was on a new drug called CTX, which turns people into unstoppable killing machines. Now a government agent named Werner (Danny Webb) is trying to get Marshall out of the way so a nightclub owner and drug dealer (Adam Croasdell) can release CTX to the entire population of Paris.

Feeling responsible for his father's death, which occurred during a climbing expedition, Peter Garrett (Chris O'Donnell) has quit the pursuit in favor of photography, while his sister, Annie (Robin Tunney), has become a top climber.
