The prosecutor reminded the jury that 46 witnesses took the stand in the six-weeks of trial testimony. Anna Faraglia argued that all the evidence pointed to one person in the death of his wife. She went on to tell jurors that Dr. Yazeed Essa failed to do his duty as a doctor in saving a life when Rosemarie, was killed. Instead, he took a life and destroyed a life.
