His father, Christopher Gregor, told detectives that he pushed his son hard in the Fitness Center because he was concerned about his weight. Apparently, Corey was getting too fat. Next, what life was like in the last weeks of this six-year-old's life was relayed back to jurors. To do this--prosecutors introduced text messages between Corey's parents, Corey's bruises, and hospital visits.

Christopher Gregor is charged with murder and endangering the welfare of a child in the death of his 6-year-old son. Corey Micciolo was allegedly forced to run on a treadmill because his father believed he was too fat. Prosecutors believe Corey died from injuries sustained from chronic abuse.
