The world's largest biker bar, the Full Throttle Saloon, is the epicenter of the infamous Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, an annual celebration in South Dakota each August that attracts roughly 700,000 partygoers. And to keep many of them coming through his doors, saloon owner Michael Ballard and his crew of 300 employees keep working on full throttle for 10 straight days, the only time of the year that they're open. This series follows the crazy goings-on at the 30-acre indoor/outdoor bar, Ballard's pride and joy that he gambles can make enough money during Sturgis to do it all again the next year.
