Ambitious young cops try to prove themselves in their high-stakes careers, in which the smallest mistake can have deadly consequences. At the core of the close-knit group is perfectionist Andy McNally (Missy Peregrym), whose father was a homicide detective before he burned out on the job. The series follows Andy and her four colleagues -- Dov Epstein, Gail Peck, Traci Nash and Chris Diaz -- as they experience the trials, triumphs and tribulations of police work, as well as its effect on their personal lives.

An undercover training exercise challenges Andy, Dov and Traci; Gail and Chris find a tied-up teenager at a graveyard.

A vigilante steals Gail's uniform from her car; a drug deal gone wrong provides clues to Chris and Dov; Andy and Sam's inability to stay away from each other endangers Swarek.

Andy tries to uncover what happened to Swarek -- who is being held captive by a gangster; events triggered by the investigation incriminate one of the rookies' own.

Andy McNally is trying to make the most of her suspension from 15 Division; she's on vacation 15,000 feet above the earth, parachute strapped to her back, about to jump out of a plane; she gets a call telling her to come back for her Tribunal.
