If it's an animal roaming the wild, Jim Shockey has probably hunted it. The veteran wilderness guide and outfitter has tracked game in more than 40 countries and taken in excess of 300 species using bow, muzzleloader and rifle. In addition, Shockey has exclusive guiding territories on Vancouver Island, in the Yukon Territory, in Mexico's Sonoran Desert, and in his native Saskatchewan, all of which helps supply content for the hunting adventures seen in this award-winning series. Jim's daughter Eva, a full-fledged hunter in her own right, joins her dad on many episodes.

Eva takes her first moose while in Newfoundland.

Jim heads to Mississippi to go bow fishing for giant alligator gar.

Jim travels to Hawaii with his wife Louise, but can he possibly go anywhere without hunting?

Jim heads back to Colorado for the second season in a row to redeem himself from the previous season's search of mule deer.
