Adventurer and award-winning restaurateur Mario Kalpou's passion for harvesting wild food through hunting and fishing leads him to the most extreme environments on the planet, all while showcasing different cultures and cuisines.

Mario travels to the outer limits of the Eastern Coast of Canada to a place called Prince Edward Island; home to some of the biggest bluefin tuna on the planet, these fish can grow up to 1,000 pounds.

In search of the biggest predatory freshwater fish, Mario ventures deep into the Amazon jungle where a tribal ceremony leaves him poisoned by a deadly frog.

Mario heads to the Flatlands of Columbia where he teams up with cowboys and goes in search of electric eels.
