The Dutch Open gets underway in Cromvoirt, Netherlands on Thursday with 156 golfers striving for a $2 million prize.
The Dutch Open was a stop on the European PGA Tour founded in 1912.
The tournament is set to tee off at Bernardus Golf in Cromvoirt in the Netherlands. The course par is 72 while the 2021 tournament average was 71.37. It is roughly 7,425 yards in length.
The 156-player field in this tournament will be competing for a grand prize worth approximately $2 million.

Kristoffer Broberg, a Swedish national, was the winner of the 2021 Dutch open despite ending Round 4 with a 72 score. He finished with a -23 just three strokes ahead of German Matti Schmid for the win.
The field of players in 2022 will be highlighted by Adrian Meronk, Bernd Wiesberger and Thomas Pieters. Pieters ranks No. 36 in the Official World Golf Rankings this year.
They will be joined by Jordan Smith, Ryan Fox, Thorbjorn Olesen, Adrian Otaegui, Oliver Bekker, Rasmus Hojgaard nd Dean Burmester rounding out the top-10 highest odds to win the Tournament after four rounds.
Ricardo Santos, Robert Rock and Federic Lacroix will lead the groups off with a 7:30 a.m. tee time. Pieters and Wiesberger are in the same group making them the group to follow teeing off at 8:30 a.m. ES.
