Fantasy Football Optimal DFS Lineup for Week 11

Heading into Week 11 of the NFL season, it is getting closer and closer to the playoffs in most leagues. In the DFS world, we just play things one week at a time. Last week’s lineup wasn’t bad, as the picks dominated with Dak Prescott/CeeDee Lamb combining for 80+ points. Unfortunately, I also missed with four points from Calvin Ridley and just nine points from Jaxson Smith-Njigba. This week we are back with a lineup of guys that have not been featured in one of my lineups yet this season. Let’s check out my optimal lineup.

QB: CJ Stroud, Texans – $7,000

I am not going to lie, I am not easily surprised, but what CJ Stroud accomplished last week against the Bengals was undeniable. He threw for 356 yards and a touchdown and also ran for a touchdown. He now has 826 yards and six touchdowns in two games and could be in for another monster performance against the Cardinals. Some even have him in the MVP race.

RB: Keaton Mitchell, Ravens – $4,800

You don’t win big if you don’t take chances and that is what this pick is for me. With his return from injury, Keaton Mitchell is now up to 172 yards and two touchdowns in his last two games. He is a boom or bust player. He only saw three carries in his last game, but took them for 34 yards, including a 32-yard touchdown.

RB: De’Von Achane, Dolphins – $6,600

De’Von Achane is back and this is going to be a great week to get the superstar running back against the Raiders, who give up top points to running backs. Before his injury, Achane had three weeks of 51, 27, and 22-point performances. If he even slightly comes back at full speed, he should be an immediate RB1 this week.

WR: Amon-Ra St. Brown, Lions – $8,800

It’s hard to ignore what Amon-Ra St. Brown is doing in Detroit. He only had two games this season in 10 weeks without at least 100 yards receiving. With another great matchup against a team that gives up big points to receivers, St. Brown is almost a lock for 8 to 10 completions and over 100 yards. Maybe we will even get a touchdown as a bonus.

WR: Noah Brown, Texans – $4,800

These next three guys are players I never thought would be on this lineup. Noah Brown was a nobody to start the season. In the last two weeks, Brown has had 27 points and 24 points, seeing 15 receptions for 325 yards and a touchdown. This is one to monitor. If Nico Collins doesn’t play, he could be a lock for a big performance. If Collins plays, he is borderline replaceable on this list.

WR: Jayden Reed, Packers – $4,000

Jayden Reed has proven to be Jordan Love’s favorite target. In a game where Love threw for just 289 yards, Reed had 84 yards on five receptions and a touchdown. With a decent matchup this week, Reed could be in for a 6-90-1 line, which would be great for a $4,000 value on Draft Kings.

TE: Trey McBride, Cardinals – $4,400

Kyler Murray is back in Arizona and we all awaited as his favorite targets would be chosen. I don’t know if Trey McBride will end up being his favorite target, but in his first game back, McBride had his best game of his career. He had eight receptions for a career-high 131 yards. That makes two 20+ point games in three weeks. He will get a matchup with Houston, who gives up big points to tight ends this season.

FLEX: Christian Kirk, Jaguars – $6,000

Calvin Ridley, who? Christian Kirk is the leading receiver in Jacksonville and he will continue to be the best going into this week. Last week, in a horrendous game for Jacksonville, Kirk still had six receptions for 104 yards. He will be another great value start in this game.

DEF: Washington Commanders – $3,600

The Washington Commanders had a fire sale at the end of the trade deadline dismantling their defense by trading Chase Young to Montez Sweat. However, when you are facing Tommy DeVito and a horrendous New York Giants team, you should look like an all-star defense no matter who you are. That is why I went with Washington here.
