Rutgers wrapped up its impressive regular season with an 18-12 win over Michigan on Saturday. The win came after the Scarlet Knights dropped the first two games to Wolverines.

Despite losing the first two games, the Scarlet Knights avoided the sweep and clinched the No. 2 seed for the tournament.
The Scarlet Knights finished the regular season 41-14 overall and 17-7 in the Big Ten. They are trying to follow that up with a run in the conference tournament, starting with a first-round game with a Purdue team that they didn’t play this season.
The Boilermakers come in as the No. 7 seeded team after finishing 9-12 in conference play.
The Boilermakers had a bounce back after struggling the last few years to make it back to the Big Ten tournament.
They played better this year, but they still come into the tournament on a two-game losing streak after dropping a pair to Big Ten regular-season champion Maryland over the weekend.
They had a tough time stopping the Terrapin offense but will look to be better against Rutgers on Wednesday.
