Jalen Beeks was credited with his second win of the season, pitching three scoreless innings as a reliever with two strikeouts. Brendan Rodgers had a huge game, finishing with a home run and four RBIs. Nolan Jones, Elehuris Montero, and Ezequiel Tovar also had RBIs in the win.

He followed Feltner in the last rotation, losing 7-0 against the Seattle Mariners.
