The Rangers have alternated wins and losses over the last week, falling out of first place in the American League West Division, and today turn to Michael Lorenzen (2-0, 2.45 ERA) in search of his third win in three starts. Cincinnati comes into today on a two-game losing skid as they send 24-year-old right-hander Hunter Greene (0-2, 4.55 ERA) to the mound in search of his first win of the season after allowing 11 earned runs in his last three outings.
